Social Responsibility

For Wearzivo, responsible retail begins with giving customers useful information and treating questions or concerns seriously. The following principles guide how we present clothing and work with the people involved in our business.

Clear descriptions and supported claims

We aim to describe each listed item accurately, including its design, materials, sizing, and care needs. We do not treat an upcoming product as available stock before it is released for purchase.

Claims about a product's origin, recycled content, organic materials, environmental benefits, or certification should be supported by evidence for that particular item. A claim about one garment or package should not be understood as applying to the entire collection.

Expectations for business partners

We expect suppliers and service providers to follow applicable labor and workplace safety laws and not to use forced labor or illegal child labor. These expectations do not mean that every facility in a supply chain has been independently audited or certified. When a credible concern is brought to our attention, we will review it and consider appropriate action within the business relationship.

Helping clothing last

Care instructions can help customers maintain the condition of a garment. Please follow the item's care label and any relevant guidance on its product page. We do not make a general promise that all products or packaging are sustainable, recyclable, or environmentally certified.

Fair treatment and respectful use of content

Our aim is to explain purchase conditions clearly and handle delivery and return questions in line with our published policies. We respect intellectual property and welcome reports about potentially inaccurate claims or unauthorized content.

To raise a concern, email info@wearzivo.com with the relevant product or page link and a description of the issue. Please share only information necessary for us to review it.
